How It Works
Receiving care with A-Star is accessible and stress-free. Here is what to expect.
Step 1
Free Home Visit and Assessment
We will arrange for a A-Star Care Solutions Assessor to visit your home and undertake a care and risk assessment. Following this visit, a fully costed care package will be offered.
Step 2
Detailed Carer Matching and Approval
We will finalize your care plan with you and your family, identify suitable care staff, and arrange a meeting to ensure you are comfortable. Any additional training will be coordinated.
Step 3
Daily Progress Reports
As your care commences, daily progress reports will be uploaded by our carers via our digital app. These are accessible by family members and A Star management.
Step 4
Ongoing Support and Assessment Reviews
We review each assessment every 30 days to ensure progress, identify changes and whether the care you are receiving is most relevant.
